    Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    Les Olson Company will offer local pickup for in stock products at the local branch location. Delivery of in stock products will be available for delivery starting with the next business day for orders received before 12pm and within 2 business days for orders placed after 12pm. Shipping will be available direct from distribution based on actual shipping times. There is no time guarantee of third party delivery offered but best efforts will be made for prompt service. The only charge for shipping is for expedited shipping and shipping for returns.

    How long will delivery take?

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed by our Order Processing Department. Depending on the stock status (in stock or order item) you will either be given an address for local pickup or information on the shipping from one of our physical locations or a 3rd party provider (as it becomes available).

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    Your order information is available in the online store for review at any time.

    How long do I have to return an order?

    Return Policy: Returned Products Must Be Complete. All Products MUST BE returned 100 percent (100%) complete including all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer within 15 days of purchase. Les Olson Company reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete products. In addition, Les Olson Company will charge a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee for returns that are accepted.

    If my order is to be returned, who is responsible for return shipping charges?

    Responsibility for Shipping Costs. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. The seller is obliged to cover all costs associated with replacing or exchanging the returned items, and should ship using the same method as used by the customer. Customer Shipping Insurance. To ensure your shipments are safeguarded, it is highly recommended to purchase full insurance and use a service that offers proof of delivery and tracking. This will protect you against any loss or damage during transit for returned items. Seller is not responsible for loss during such shipment.

    Payment Information

    What payment options do I have?

    All orders are accepted with a simple PO for qualifying buyers. Once the product is delivered the invoice may be paid on standard terms via check, or you may pay online at our payment gateway where you can view and pay ANY invoice from Les Olson Company, not just your PC Stores purchase. All major credit cards are accepted and you can even setup auto pay if you desire. If you would like to know more, please email ar@lesolson.com.

    What do I need to submit an order?

    A purchase order must be submitted with your order for any work being initiated, product shipped, or invoices cut under this contract.

    What are the warranties that cover products purchased from the online store?

    Les Olson Company has personnel trained and certified on many platforms/vendors that we represent. In all cases warranty is carried by the product manufacturer to the benefit of the customer. Les Olson Company does not individually provide warranty to devices without the manufacturer with the exception of Print/Copy technologies from Sharp and Ricoh. In those cases the manufacturer allows Les Olson

    Company to provide those warranties and then backs Les Olson Company trained personnel with support and parts. For PC, Server, Firewall and other traditional IT products, warranty is provided by the manufacturer and Les Olson Company will provide local hands on physical support when allowed by the individual manufacturer. In some cases, we are allowed to do full repair under warranty and with other manufacturers we are required to provide depot (drop ship) support and remote hands when coordinated with the customer/end user.

    How do I know if I am eligible to purchase good from PC Stores Contract?

    To be able to purchase from the Les Olson IT PC Stores Site you must be an eligible customer to purchase from State Contract #MA4092. You must register within the site for approval for purchase.
